    Deuter Micro Rip 6.6 is a 330 den Nylon blended fabric offering fantastic tear resistance. The use of Nylon 6.6 makes the material very durable and robust. Waterproof (WC 2.000 mm) thanks to the PU coating. The perfect material for big packs like the new Aircontact range.
  • 100D PA HIGH TENACITY
    The lightweight version of our Nylon Pocket Rip. The thin yarn is extremely lightweight. Yet the tight weave makes it extremely abrasion and tear resistant.
  • 1000D PA
    A Polyamide-fabric that is extremely abrasion and tear resistant. For all larger backpacks this is used for the bottom panel. It has a thread of 1000 den and a thick PU coating on the inside.

    This slightly lighter material is characterized by a very tight and smooth weave. This increases the abrasion value and its repellent attributes against snow and dirt. Due to the smooth polyamide filaments, the material reaches a higher gloss level. Used with a PU coating.

    Made from 600 den Polyester thread and with a thick PU coating, this multi-purpose fabric is robust and lightweight. It is most suitable for backpacks, used in average conditions to keep the weight to a minimum.

    The lightweight version of our Nylon Pocket Rip. The thin yarn is extremely lightweight. Yet the tight weave makes it extremely abrasion and tear resistant.

  • Diamond 30D Nylon
    First rate, ultra-fine30 den outer shell material that is extremelytightly woven. The tight weavemakes this featherlight microfibre materialstrong, windproof, durable, quick dryingand downproof. Reinforcement threadsin the weft and weave provide further ripstopping qualities.The ideal outer shell material for Deuter’s down sleeping bags.
  • 210T-Soft-Nylon Taffeta
    A soft, breathable,non-moisture sensitive, and fastdrying shell material. Strong and durable,used on the Starlight EXP and LittleStar EXP models. “Deuter 210T-Soft-NylonTaffeta BS” – just like with our backpackmaterial, ‘BS’ refers to a special production in accordancewith the bluesign standard. Same functions as the 210T-Soft-NylonTaffeta.
  • Dura Lite RS

    The outer fabric of the Astro down series is a sleek, hardwearing, lightweight and fast-drying nylon microfiber. Its dense weave makes it impermeable to feathers and wind and also water-repellent. The reinforcement yarn woven into the honeycomb structure increases tear resist ance to make the extremely thin fabric even more stable.

    This lightweight,excellent Polyester fleece materialhas a fluffy, brushed surface, making itextra soft on the skin. It has an excellentwarmth-to-weight ratio and is breathable,durable, easy-care and dries quickly.Its elasticity supports the Thermo Stretch Comfort constructionrange of motion in the Exosphere SL and provides warmth in outOrbit SL models.
  • Poly-Lite Soft

  • Thermo Proloft

    A special thermal process turns Polyester fibresinto top quality technical Thermo ProLoft® insulating fleece. The combinationof dense and hollow fibres results in the prefect blend betweendurability, weight and warmth properties – a fleece materialthat is easy care and durable yet compact and offers excellent insulationat minimal weight. The synthetic fibres also absorb very littlemoisture. Short drying times, excellent loft and thus insulation propertieseven when damp, are all advantageous characteristics. DeuterThermo ProLoft® is also coated with a thin layer of silicone to give itgood lofting properties.
